The story goes back to the ancient days where the Galette was just a porridge of cereals merged together with water and then cooked on a sizzling rock.
The Galette was the main meal in Brittany,Therefore nourishing the people during cold winter days.
Centuries later, Crusades brought back from Asia the buckwheat flour, enabling the making of the first think Galette, In other words, This marks the beginning of the Galette.
After some time, the sweet version was created with wheat flour, to satisfy the sweet cravings of the citizens, Known as the Crepe.
After that, It crossed oceans and continents, which marked the start of other delicious well known variants: pancakes, blinis and tortillas.
Passionate by Celtic Culture and being a Crepe lover We decided to bring back to Asia, the magic of Galettes and Crepes. Additionally, We Kept the Original French recipes while creating some which are a blend of Celtic and Balinese Traditions.

Number of Authors got inspiration from the Celtic legends and Traditions. They are a beautiful reflection of the invisible world and Magic (fairies, gnomes, witches, druids, Magicians, Trolls, elves, ect… )
Furthermore, it is now our turn to get inspired by all these Legends and movies, to create our Menu and name our Crepes, Galettes, Elixirs. Additionally, Balinese elves and trolls, grow and cultivate our Fruits and Vegetables in a Organic garden, and deliver them every morning at dawn..
